Due to the perishable nature of hot sauce, we cannot accept returns on opened products, but we are committed to ensuring you love your heat. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit.

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number or confirm your eligibility for a direct replacement.
